Had remote start added to my 2026 Silverado WT (Classic). Works perfectly.

I purchase a new 2026 HD 2500 No service , will not call back after leaving several messages , worst place to deal with , I have purchased over a dozen brand new cars and trucks over the years and never was treated by dealer this poorly , I had to go to DMV and get my license plate and pay for it again , also had to pay for a 13.00 trim piece , never purchase from no service Joe again !!!!

I have bought and traded vehicles for 40 years, now. I’ve bought at least one vehicle from just about every dealer in the region at one time or another. However…I have never had as great of an experience as I did at Joe Holland Chevrolet with Richard Kingsley! He is, far and away, the Tom Brady of car salesmen! He was focused only on taking care of us. He was personable, relatable, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We left there feeling like old friends. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership best salesman I’ve ever had at a dealership and and great finance guy.

Chris was our sales person and from the beginning he was patient and understanding. He never tried to make me take a vehicle that I wasn’t comfortable with, and he was always willing to let me try different vehicles, regardless of how much he had to run around. He was a great sales person and with highly recommend him.

Cody was really great to work with…. I love my Trax!

I have been there four times for my check engine light. The first time the part was broken in the box and never made it into my car. The third time the part was put in but now is thought to be defective. I think you need a new parts supplier. Your customer service reps are great, especially Caleb and I appreciate that you still have a shuttle to get me to and from work but I really didn't want to be on a first name basis with them.

Joe Holland by far offered the best pricing on a new Colorado trail boss. Great dealership to deal with they really appreciate their customers.

Purchased a Colorado zr2 from here. Just felt very pushed into getting the one I bought which was fine I like the one I got also. The finance manager was very pushy on doing add ons and seemed frustrated when I refused them. They did work with me on numbers better than other dealers and the price was hard to pass up, overall happy with my purchase but could’ve been better.

Very easy process. Was able to do the majority of the communication over the phone. Finance office process was pleasant. No pushy salesperson trying to get me to finance unnecessary add ons. Will be back for my next purchase.

We were on our way to Harrisburg and need to charge my Rivian SUV. I had problem connecting the charger. I walked up to the guy at the service dept of the dealership. I worked with Dave and had a great experience. He and the team there were able to help me out a little bit off the already competitively priced truck I got in order to keep the monthly payment below what I really wanted to pay. I walked out the door with a new set of keys as a happy guy with a new truck. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

They charge 25 percent interest on vehicles even if you have amazing credit and a great down payment I wouldn’t recommend financing here the customer service was good though

I have no complaints with the repair of my vehicle, but the communication was definitely lacking. I had a rental vehicle and made that known upfront. The customer service rep told me the day that I dropped my vehicle off that I would get a call the next morning to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. That was not the case. I made a total of three calls that day. Just trying to get communication on whether or not I would need to keep my rental vehicle one extra day. I finally found out about 3:30 in the afternoon. Got my rental back 10 minutes before they closed.

This is this is the second time in 5 years that we have purchased a car from Joe Holland Chevrolet. Both times we have had excellent experiences from our salesman Benny Morton, all the way down to signing the final paperwork. I recommend any one to go to Joe Holland Chevrolet in Charleston, WV

Was easy to work with. The salesman, and manager was accommodating with the me on having to wait for the loan to come thru the mail. Held the car until I was able to pick it up.
