A special shout out to Cody Ray for being very attentive, and patiently answering all my questions; everything from explaining vehicle features to financing. He even helped me pair my phone to my new Trax and connect Android Autoplay! There was never any pressure or pushy sales tactics, and every single person I met was very welcoming and asked if I needed assistance. We were on our way to Harrisburg and need to charge my Rivian SUV. I had problem connecting the charger. I walked up to the guy at the service dept of the dealership. He helped me to start the charging process. He invited us in to their lounge and offered coffee. He distance to do it. Thank you and God bless.
